Black-and-white thinking has never been more prevalent. Either-or options are the default mode in politics, in the workplace, and in our day-to-day lives. COLOR Up shows how polarized thinking limits creative possibilities in today’s world and uses color as a prompt for change. The acronym COLOR—Connect, Optimize, Lighten, Oops, and Ripple—provides readers with a unique process for moving from limited options and binary constraints to fresh insights and vibrant life choices.
